I was living on Advil for chronic pain control. Took 2 capsules 4 times a day. When I started using Vonacor I was able to relieve pain . I took 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. Wow - these are very unique. This is actually oil that is inside a capsule. I have taken lots of curcumin supplements but this is the first time I have encountered this form.

These arrived super fast and the directions say to take one pill twice a day. They are little gel capsules with a liquid like oil inside and I have taken them for a few days now with no noticeable results of any kind. Good combination of vitamins in one pill. C, D, and E are the main ones, plus other things for different purposes in your diet. The capsules are a good size, not too large to swallow. No aftertaste or gas either. Labeling is good and covers everything you need to know.

Very important for me to have my Vitamin D supplement. Really pleased they have the Vitamin K2 in there as well. Many other plus ingredients to this product, which is loaded with other supplements I use, so convenient in this form.

Joint capsules have sixty provided. A good value for money. Easy to swallow and good flavor.

I normally take this on the daily to support my bone health. It never caused any GI issues or sensitivity. I didn't develop any reactions or allergies to it. It was easy to swallow. There's not a taste. It's easy to incorporate into my daily routine of supplement intake.

I got these turmeric oil capsules in and they work great. Turmeric powder is good for you but Turmeric oil is much more easily absorbed in the body then powder. These capsules are clear and you can see the turmeric oil on the inside. I also really like that they give you a two months supply.

I would recommend this Turmeric oil supplement.
